This is the house we’re building. And these are the rules we live by.

Jen Orbes is a creative at heart and a business leader by trade. She spent the first decade of her career at Unilever and Starbucks, building brands at scale, managing a $2B Frappuccino portfolio, and sharpening her ability to translate insight into disciplined execution. She holds an MBA from Georgetown University and is a certified design thinker through Stanford University, bringing together strategy, design thinking, and operational rigor in equal measure.
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Jen carries forward a legacy of builders. Her life’s work is to make the intangible, tangible. She moves quickly, operates with a high standard of excellence, and leads with clarity and intention. She thrives in complexity, creating systems, structure, and forward momentum.
Jen’s vision for House of Oh is to build a community of creatives and high-performers who move boldly, incubate enduring brands, and give generously. To date, House of Oh has donated a home to a family in need. This is only the beginning.
